The reverse is true as well, Heller tells WebMD. The less attention we pay to what goes in our mouth, the more problems we may see cropping up with our skin. If this is true of our skin, imagine what good (or bad) the foods we eat are doing to our other organs, bones and brain! That’s something to chew on!
