Ever Feel Like You’re Losing It? Relax, You Probably Aren’t. 😌

Even healthy brains falter when we’re overtaxed, distracted, or tired. But through age, these problems become more common. Fortunately, a new study has identified something that might help- exercise. 🚴‍♂️

Researchers found that “20 minutes of aerobic exercise using a stationary bicycle has a significant effect on (brain function).”

Here are eight things that most people can do today to get 20 minutes of light activity:

  • Ride a bike or stationary cycle
  • Go for a walk or hike
  • Dance
  • Swim
  • Water walk
  • Use an elliptical exerciser
  • Play tennis
  • Join a gym or fitness class
