‘Tis the season to be merry! From through the New Year, temptation will be at its strongest. Overeating and over-drinking can put your body into a funk and result in a not-so-merry holiday season. Your mixer is even more important, try to stick with water and fruit juice instead of sugary mixes or soda pop.
  3. Be Frugal! Make that mixed drink go a long way. Add fresh ice and mixer to extend the life of your drink. If you sporting a full glass, people are less likely to encourage you have another.
  4. Fortify! Take extra doses of Vitamin C, B complex, and Folic acid. Before and after an outing. Alcohol causes these vitamins are flushed rapidly through your system and will leave you depleted the morning after.
  5. Drink some more! Alcohol also serves as a diuretic, causing you to become dehydrated, one of the major reasons can don’t feel well the morning after. Drink lots and lots of water before going to bed, and more upon waking.
