Researchers have been trying to sort out the facts to determine what impact breakfast really has… Here’s what they said:
“We simply do not have enough evidence to support or reject the idea as to whether breakfast impacts body weight. With that said, there is increasing evidence supporting the effects of breakfast on weight management–related outcomes, including things like appetite control, food cravings, satiety, and snacking behavior.”
While this may be confusing, here are 3 tips to help you make good choices if you eat breakfast:
☑️ Choose high protein, low carb options, like eggs, to limit mid-morning cravings
☑️ Avoid the empty calories of juices. And yes, this includes orange juice…
☑️ Eat moderate portions – You can’t out-exercise a bad diet
